Design Notes

After experiment pratically, we found that the degradation led by BBa_K3396003 was not efficiency enough. In that case, we doubled the FKBP which was tagged to GFPnano.


Source

The sequence of GFP-nano we use came from a patent. We choose FKBP through surveying on literature.
